Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer

As part of KCC’s Movember Foundation fundraising efforts, I’m going to avoid drinking alcohol until it’s time to celebrate my 40th birthday in May 2023. That’s roughly six months dry. Living in Hong Kong, it’s a difficult challenge, but it’s for a good cause, raising awareness around men’s health needs. All of us have men in our lives who, at some point, will face cancer and/or depression.
